Before you begin
CrowWise is moving toward an invited hosted web app. There is no public account creation yet. This guide describes a sensible starting approach; it will gain exact screen-by-screen instructions as the release is tested.
Pick one area you would like to make easier this week: pantry, meals, plants, seeds, chores, or chicken care. Starting with a small, accurate picture gives you something worth returning to.
A first pass that stays manageable
- 01
Choose a small scope
One pantry shelf, the coming week of chores, or this season's seeds is enough for a first session.
- 02
Add what you know
Record the items or tasks you use most. A rough beginning is useful; you can correct it as you go.
- 03
Use it in an ordinary routine
Check what is on hand before shopping, plan a meal, or mark a recurring task complete. Let real use show what information matters.
- 04
Grow from there
Add another shelf, growing space, or care routine when the first one feels useful.
What we want to make easier
We are exploring faster inventory setup from spreadsheets and photographs, clearer storage locations, and connected updates when you shop, cook, harvest, or preserve food. Those are design goals under review, not steps available in the current hosted build.
For the latest scope, see product status. We will update this guide with real instructions as each workflow becomes ready for households to use.
